At Revolution you can rate each interaction you have with us.
When you contact Revolution your request will be dealt with and resolved. Once resolved our system will automatically ask you for your feedback via a simple Yes/No question. You can, of course, add more detail if required.
We monitor these responses daily (and publish the results here). The responses allow us to continually review our customer service and make changes. Often a minor change can improve customer service on a larger scale.
Where possible, we are always trying to gain feedback and this system has given us a simplified way of gaining live data on how our customers feel today.
