Revolution Property Management has been an property management company for over ten years based in the North West. Revolution was born out of frustration with poor service from the property management company that managed the building where he lived. This inspired us to create a company that would deliver the service that owners desire, fully committed to the core values of excellent customer service and transparency.

As the company has grown into a property management company managing thousands of homes we have built a team of experienced industry professionals. A number of these also own or live in buildings Revolution manage along with all of Revolution’s directors who own in developments also managed by Revolution. This is an indication of how proud we all are of our service.

We are a vibrant property management company that has embraced technology to achieve the maximum benefit for our customers through our MyRevolution online property portal. We have designed the portal from scratch to offer an outstanding level of service that combines our transparent approach with our extensive industry knowledge of property management. The MyRevolution portal is unique to Revolution and designed to make your life easier. From our automated meter reading system to the electronic car park management module the system has been written for you.

Finally, we work for you the property owner, not the landlord, freeholder or site developer. It’s your interests we have at heart and that drive our service delivery. This independence allows us to concentrate on what’s best for you. We challenge every cost to reduce expenditure and as an example where the freeholder has the right to insure buildings we challenge their costs. We have saved one of our sites almost £30k from their insurance policy cost this year.

We take on only the best people from across the service industries who have transferable skills, and a focus on the customer. We train and invest in our team including all Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) qualifications.
