As a result of the Coronavirus outbreak and the quick-moving nature of the guidance being received, we wanted to set out some actions which would help us continue our service to you whilst also protecting staff including those at your building.
The health and wellbeing of all residents is our highest priority and we are monitoring advice from authorities and working with our staff and suppliers to keep your building as safe as possible.

Business continuity plans
As you would expect, we have plans in place to deal with emergency situations. These are being reviewed and tested in line with the guidance being provided and we are liaising closely with contractors and suppliers to review their plans to ensure services to your development are provided with minimal disruption.
You must tell us if you are self-isolating
If you are required to self-isolate for any reason then please let us know immediately by emailing email@example.com or calling us on 0161 850 0022.
Please state clearly whether you are self-isolating as a precaution OR if you have tested positive for Coronavirus. This will then enable us to adopt measures in line with Public Health England guidance to help protect you, other residents, site staff and contractors. Your identity will remain strictly confidential.
