Meter reading requests at Revolution

We found that one of the simplest processes at buildings (gaining your meter reading) was actually really difficult to adminitsrate in an efficent manner.

Customers would ring Revolution asking for a reading and this then required that person to call the cleaner and disturb them, wait for their return and then go back to the customer. It was not a good process for anyone.

Our system is now automated. You order your meter reading inside your MyRevolution account. This holds all the requests for your building until 8.00am the next day and send them in one batch to the site staff. They do all the readings in one go on their mobile phone saving them time.

This automatically appears in your MyRevolution account and all your previous requests are also kept for as long as you own the apartment. Water, gas and electricity, whatever applies to your building, is available.
