Main responsibility
As a building manager, I aim to ensure the developments that we manage are run efficiently and smoothly. I regularly visit the developments I manage to meet different contractors and residents to try and resolve any issues that arise and I also complete regular reports to try and preemptively tackle any issues that may occur. I am also a contact point for leaseholders and building directors to ensure that they can report issues and to ensure that they are happy with the services that we provide.
Outside of work
I enjoy reading, baking and ballet.
